What is TRES?

TRES is a service based company that works with Homeowner Associations to enforce community covenants after normal business hours.

Why choose TRES?

TRES was founded by a senior property executive who noticed a void in the day to day operations with respect to enforcing the community's rules and regulations (Covenants). He noticed that more than 80% of the community's infractions were occurring after the customer care center had closed. With no means to curtail this behavior, he created Typical Real Estate Solutions or TRES to offer homeowner associations a contract based service that's places highly trained Covenant Enforcement Officers in your community outside of standard business hours.

How does this service work?

A member of the Board or management team reaches out to an account specialist who schedules a brief community walk through. Once the necessary information is gathered, a service contract will be sent over for approval. Our service agreements are made available in six (6) months, or twelve (12) month terms. Shortly after the service agreement is signed,  we send  over a Standard Operating Procedure form which gives the guidelines to which the Board wants us to follow. Service will be completed within a seventy two hour window as far as date of service , and a four hour window as it pertains to time of service. Please note: For safety reasons our CCO (Covenant Compliance Officers) do not get out of their vehicle and their jobs are to monitor and report (NOT ENGAGE).

Once a service has been completed, a report will be generated the following business day noting every infraction found.
