Our Weekday After Hour Service sends one of our highly trained Covenant Compliance Officer into your neighborhood to complete a Covenant Inspection.
Once a service contract has been executed, your community will be scheduled based on the clients preference.
Upon completion, a report is generated and supplied to the client for further enforcement.
Weekend After Hours
Our Weekend After Hour Service sends one of our highly trained Covenant Compliance Officer into your neighborhood to complete a Covenant Inspection.

Holiday After Hour
Our Holiday After Hour Service sends one of our highly trained Covenant Compliance Officer into your neighborhood to complete a Covenant Inspection.
Unlike our other services, Holiday After Hour Service is focus based only. Client must provide specific covenants they wish to enforce.
Upon completion, a report is generated and supplied to the client on the next business day for further enforcement.
Short Term Rental Monitoring
Is your community being over-run with illegal Short Term Rentals? T.R.E.S offers Short Term Rental Monitoring which includes onsite visits, online monitoring ads on popular rental site.
Monitoring Service comes with extensive reports regarding homes in violation, unconfirmed rentals, and even booking confirmations from the address in question.
In addition, our CCO will ride pass the address or addresses in question to inspect the property for short term rental indicators.
Trash Pick-up Service
T.R.E.S offers a convenient and reliable trash pickup service to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of your community.
We will send a service tech to your community to cleanup common areas around the association. Pictures and notice of hot zones will supplied following each service.
Community Campaigning
In the world of Homeowners Associations (HOAs), Property Owners Associations (POAs), and Condominium Owners Associations (COAs), communities thrive under a framework of Bylaws and Covenants set forth by the Declarant. These governing documents often need to be updated and refreshed to account for the evolution of Owners Associations. In order to accomplish amending a governing document, a vote of the membership is required.
